Kozymart Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Activation & Delivery
   • The gift card code will be sent and activated within 12 hours after successful purchase.
   • Delivery will be made via the contact details provided during checkout.
2. Validity
   • Each gift card is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of activation.
   • Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.
3. Usage Rules
   • Each gift card can be used only once.
   • The full gift card value must be used in a single transaction.
   • Partial use or multiple uses are not allowed.
4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
   • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
5. Misuse & Violation
   • Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, resell, or manipulate the gift card code will result in immediate cancellation without notice.
   • Kozymart reserves the right to refuse or cancel a gift card if any violation is detected.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
   • Kozymart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
7. Final Authority
   • Kozymart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • All decisions made by Kozymart regarding gift cards shall be final.
