• Kozymart's Action: We immediately place the order with IKEA Malaysia and handle the local logistics in Malaysia, collecting your item(s) from the store or warehouse. We then consolidate your order with other Kozymart customer shipments.
• The Goal: All items are secured, inspected for initial damage, and packed for international transit.

🚢 Week 2 & 3: International Transit & Customs Clearance

This is the main leg of the journey, where your items travel across the Bay of Bengal and clear the import process:

• Shipping Phase: Your consolidated shipment leaves Malaysia by sea freight—the most reliable and cost-effective method for furniture and household goods.
• Customs Management: The shipment arrives at the port in Bangladesh. This is the most complex stage. Kozymart manages all documentation, customs duty assessments, and clearance procedures. This step is where most individual importers get stuck; our expertise ensures a smooth process.
• The Goal: The goods are cleared, duties are paid (as already factored into your quote!), and the shipment is released from the port.
