৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

  • আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।
  • ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
    • ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস
    • ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: ৪–৫ কার্যদিবস
  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ: স্টেডফাস্ট/পাঠাও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের রেট অনুযায়ী ওজনভিত্তিক নির্ধারণ করা হবে। ঢাকার ভেতরে ০–১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ শুরু হবে ৳৭০ থেকে, আর ঢাকার বাইরে ০–১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ শুরু হবে ৳১১০ থেকে; এর পর প্রতিটি অতিরিক্ত কেজির জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কেজি পর্যন্ত প্রতি কেজিতে অতিরিক্ত ৳২০ যোগ হবে।

৫. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

  • ক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি কর্মীর উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করতে হবে।
  • ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ ও সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৬. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

  • চেকআউট করার সময় সঠিক ও সর্বশেষ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
  • প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম, ওয়েবসাইট অপব্যবহার, অনুমতি ছাড়া পুনরায় বিক্রি, অথবা হ্যাকিং/ক্ষতির প্রচেষ্টা সম্পূর্ণভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

  • kozymart.com–এর সকল কনটেন্ট, লোগো, ছবি ও উপকরণ কোজিমার্টের একচেটিয়া সম্পত্তি।
  • অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার, নকল, পুনরুত্পাদন বা বিতরণ করা আইনত নিষিদ্ধ।

৮. প্রোডাক্ট ডিসক্লেইমার

  • কোজিমার্ট পণ্যের নির্মাতা বা অনুমোদিত সাপ্লায়ার নয়।
  • আমরা পণ্য ইমপোর্ট করে “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে বিক্রি করি। কোনো ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
  • প্রোডাক্টের বর্ণনা, ছবি ও প্রকৃত পণ্যের মধ্যে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

কোজিমার্ট কোনো অবস্থাতেই সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণতিজনিত ক্ষতি, ডেলিভারির বিলম্ব, তৃতীয় পক্ষের সার্ভিস ব্যর্থতা বা পণ্যসংক্রান্ত সমস্যার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

১০. গোপনীয়তা ও তথ্য ব্যবহার

  • আমরা গ্রাহকের নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা ও ইমেইল সংগ্রহ করি শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারির জন্য।
  • ডেলিভারি পার্টনার ও পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মতো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে এই তথ্য কেবলমাত্র ট্রানজাকশন সম্পন্ন করার উদ্দেশ্যে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
  • গ্রাহকের তথ্য সুরক্ষায় আমরা ইন্ডাস্ট্রি-স্ট্যান্ডার্ড নিরাপত্তা পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করি।

কোজিমার্ট যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হবে।

  • Orders are confirmed once placed on our website.

  • All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • We deliver all over Bangladesh.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Inside Dhaka City: 2–3 business days
    • Outside Dhaka City: 4–5 business days
  • Delivery Charges: Calculated on a weight basis as per Steadfast/Pathao Courier service rates. For deliveries inside Dhaka, the charge starts at ৳70 for packages weighing 0–1 kg, while for deliveries outside Dhaka, it starts at ৳110 for packages weighing 0–1 kg; thereafter, for each additional kilogram up to 10 kg, an extra ৳20 per kg will be applied.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange
  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel.
  • Once delivery is accepted and completed successfully, no return, exchange, or refund will be allowed.

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout.
